    Story : When asked to choose one painting on which to meditate I chose "Peng", a magnificent mythical bird soaring above this world. From there my eyes are clear, I can breathe easily and the lapping of the blue water draws me in. With wings outstretched I have the joyous freedom of movement; hence my energy is restored and with peace and vitality I am ready for the new day.
